The Self-Help Book

Almost all autistic people share the feeling that they do not speak the same language as their fellow human beings. When the diagnosis is made, the initial relief may be great but what remains are multiple overload situations and the pressure to function in a world made for non-autistic people.

This book gives people with autism spectrum disorders a toolbox to work with. It encourages a more conscious approach to one’s own characteristics, promotes acceptance of one’s own weaknesses and strengths and conveys new self- confidence!
