The martial arts manifesto on gaining life-changing invincible power.
Zen Invincible is volume two of a holistic series that continues the “nine gates of invincibility, ”which are the most common factors of the greatest and most successful martial artists in history. The information within is distilled from studying legends in military strategy, business, and zen philosophy in conjunction with my own experiences from the past 20+ years in self-discipline, training martial arts & fitness, fighting competitions, meditation, and overall knowledge of health and wellness. This book focuses on cultivating the mind, and the goal is to help readers strengthen their mental paradigm to achieve the ultimate success in life, invincibility.
Zen Invincible is the continuation of the ultimate success handbook for martial artists. The book is a guide that incorporates martial arts philosophies and a holistic spiritual approach to strengthen the mental faculties that help you fulfill your primary mission in life.
You will find in this book that the next three gates include:
4.) LOVE: the reader will learn the ego is our number one enemy and uses fear to sabotage us from living the way we want to live, having what we want to have, and becoming what we want to be. Through subduing the ego, the reader will learn the importance of self-love and how love for others and ourselves helps us find our authenticity to defeat fear once and for all so we may live long and fruitful lives.
5.) DISCIPLINE: the reader will learn the ten maxims of leadership to become a leader of men. Self-discipline not only affects us but our connections with those around us. By learning how to master the body through self-preservation and resisting the temptation of self-abuse (masturbation), and controlling the mind from harmful outside forces, the reader will develop the mental discipline and physical strength for leadership.
6.) HARMONY: Readers will learn about the Art of Zen and how to apply this eastern philosophy of spirituality into their lives in a modern and practical way. In this gate, I continue the message of altruism regarding one of the most important tenets of Zen philosophy, which is “all is one, and one is all.”The reader will also learn how breathing and trance meditation (Zazen) can connect the mind and body to harness and cultivate the internal energy known as Qi (chi). The ancient practice of trance meditation helps attain harmony. By encompassing the three maxims of life — patience, peace, and forgiveness, the reader will learn how to attract and achieve the best of everything in life.
