Artist, graphic designer, illustrator and yoga teacher, Leda Maçoro is passionate about art, nature and holistic healing. Trained in yoga in India, the author specialises in energetic and spiritual creations around asanas, body painting, intuitive drawing and mandalas. She draws her inspiration from Reiki, the power of the subconscious and the study of the chakras, which she also develops during art therapy workshops.
