A workbook with varied exercises for studying on one’s own and in groups

This book was designed as a practical workbook for Marshall B. Rosenberg’s book „Nonviolent Communication“. It follows the structure of Rosenberg’s book and helps to deepen certain elements of NVC and put them into practice. It is a workbook for individual study (whereas Lucy Leu’s book is a workbook for training groups), but the author also offers ideas how to use it in groups and seminars.

You will learn how to

  • address difficult situations by using the four steps of NVC;
  • make a request instead of demanding something;
  • cope with criticism, reproach and accusation;
  • listen empathically to other people without adapting to their point of view;
  • completely express your anger;
  • express gratitude without feeling obliged to someone;
  • transform paralyzing conflicts into inspiring prospects.
