For a long time emotions have been considered as weaknesses that do not belong in a professional environment. But recent research in neurosciences showed their actual benefit. According to the Economic forum of Davos, Emotional Intelligence is one of the ten key skills that allows you to have a successful professional life in 2020. This book aims to show the manager how to develop his emotional agility while ser- ving his team’s performance:
• Becoming aware of our emotions and our feelings; knowing how to channel and express them
• Knowing and understanding other’s emotions and taking them into account
Through coaching, Claire Lauzol helps managers, executives and experts to develop their emotional intelligence. Partner at Pragma Management, she manages the expertise and coaching practices.

Régis Rossi
As a lecturer-illusionist, I created my company MRE IN 2011, and regularly speak to directors and managers of major French and international groups.
The interactive conferences that I design and run, as well as my team-building activities, focus on relationships, verbal and non-verbal communication, the emergence of talent and group synergies. My unique approach is based on 3 pillars:
- Professional expertise: after a DESS in Marketing and Strategy, I have worked with the managers of major groups for fifteen years.
- my specialised knowledge in sociology and behavioural sciences.
- my practice of illusion in all its forms (close-up, scenic, mentalism, pickpocketing for more than 15 years). Since 2015, I have been certified as a Coach Practitioner in change management using the Appreciative Inquiry method (IFAI) and I co-created the appreciative movement in 2017 with a collective of consultants and professional coaches. I work at Epita (engineering school) as an expert in social engineering and since 2018 at ESCP on emotional intelligence.
