Nutrition, micronutrition, plants, psycho-educational support…

What if a saffron supplement and passionflower teas could help your child settle and concentrate better?

Natural tools do exist for better supporting children diagnosed with, or suspected of having, ADHD: here they are.

In this book, Eva Bonandrini, a herbalism practitioner specialising in paediatrics, and Adrien Lepage, a neuropsychologist, put forward a whole-child approach bringing together clinical psychology, nutrition, micronutrition, phytotherapy and psycho-educational tools.

Clear, well documented and grounded in clinical practice as much as in parental experience, this book gives families and health professionals concrete bearings. An innovative, inspiring guide that takes account of each child’s singularity and widens the range of ways to support them, day to day and over the long term.

Adrien Lepage

Adrien Lepage is a neuropsychologist. He works with children, adolescents and adults on autism spectrum conditions, developmental disorders, ADHD and high intellectual potential. With the herbalism practitioner Eva Bonandrini he offers joint support for children with ADHD, combining clinical psychology with nutrition, micronutrition, phytotherapy and psycho-educational tools. That approach is set out in The Child with ADHD: Natural Support Is Possible (Terre vivante, 2026).

Eva Bonandrini

Eva Bonandrini has been passionate about wildlife and plants since childhood and studied biology, specialising in biodiversity management. A practitioner in herbalism and aromatherapy, she founded Savoir en Herbe in 2017 to pass on her knowledge, first through two years of projects with the Arboretum National des Barres in the Loiret, then in the Haute-Loire from 2018. During her first pregnancy she specialised in medicinal plants for the perinatal period and for paediatrics. She now offers support from preconception to the post-natal months, as well as training for parents and health professionals. With her partner, the neuropsychologist Adrien Lepage, she provides joint support for children with ADHD. Her first book, Concevoir, porter et mettre au monde, co-written with Dr Christine Cieur, was published by Terre vivante in 2024.
