The zero waste approach is starting to make its way into our daily lives (bulk purchases, recycling, repairs, etc.). But we don’t always think about applying it to the garden and garden centers have not yet really considered the issue (bulk sales, no packaging, etc.). The application of zero waste in the garden is not self-evident, it requires anticipation. More than an instruction manual, it is a global approach that needs to be put in place. Thus, rather than a catalog of “tips and tricks”, as is often proposed in books dealing with zero waste, it will show how basic gardening techniques, properly applied, can avoid inputs and waste in the garden.
