My MSBB health programme

A mindfulness-based stress management programme

MSBB is a practically proven stress management programme whose name symbolises its key focus areas: MSBB – Mind, Soul and Body in Balance. Effective ways of dealing with stress, difficult emotions and relationships, healthy eating habits and sufficient exercise are most successful when integrated into daily life in a mindful way. Small, everyday exercises help with this. The MSBB programme has been certified as a stress prevention programme by the Central Prevention Agency (Zentrale Prüfstelle Prävention (ZPP) als Stressprävention). This book helps participants to reflect on the principles taught, to gain clarity about their own well-being and personal stressors, and to take the right steps to improve their health.
