Buddhist psychotherapy is a holistic form of therapy that also integrates spirituality, opening up a path for both personal development and therapeutic work.

Its special feature is that it demonstrates specific exercises that can lead step by step from the first exercises for stabilisation, through further exercises for symptom resolution, to the deepest states of liberation.

This book is a real treasure trove for anyone seeking or accompanying others on their journey. It provides a wonderful insight into the process and offers a versatile reference work with over 140 exercises for direct application.

‘You are holding the Buddhist Psychotherapy (BPT) exercise book in your hands. It represents the quintessence of my 30 years of therapeutic work. You will therefore find a large selection of specific exercises that are helpfully assigned to successive treatment phases. This way, you can feel confidently guided.’ Dr Matthias Ennenbach
