Biodynamic viticulture allows the quality and uniqueness of the world’s most diverse wine-growing regions to find its full expression.

The use of biodynamic preparations, agronomic and viticultural techniques, soil management strategies, biodynamic viticultural composting and care of the land are the key topics of this practical handbook on biodynamic viticulture.

The winegrower who wants to approach or improve his knowledge of the techniques and visions of biodynamic viticulture will find in this handbook the 20 years of experience of Adriano Zago, one of the leading international experts on this subject.

The manual contains precise indications, experiences of successful farmers and also critical points, all told through the concrete experience of Italian and international biodynamic wineries.
