Sonia Koch

Sonia Koch was born in Chile. She works as an artist and illustrator. In this digital era, her artistic language expresses itself on canvas and paper through drawing and painting. Ever since she was a child, she has evolved along a quiet and intuitive path, with pencils and brushes as her loyal companions. This reflective outlook on life is her inspiration: love, motherhood, womanhood, nature… The themes she explores come to her in the form of a vital need for expression. As a painter, she has shown her works in numerous exhibitions in Chile and abroad (Bogota, New York, Miami, Buenos Aires…). As an illustrator, she has collaborated to various projects in Chile, Spain and France.
