Visual perception is the result of the mind’s work, which organizes, integrates, and interprets data coming from the sense organs, including the eyes. In this book, Giorgio Ferrario proposes a series of meditative practices that, with time and consistency, can help recover visual abilities, restoring the mind’s natural inclination to see without effort.

The book is clear, gradual, and practical; it allows readers to start practicing immediately, even with just a few minutes a day. It is suitable for all types of vision defects and is also recommended for those who see well and wish to maintain good visual perception over time. It reminds us that learning to fully use the body’s eyes teaches us to keep the eyes of the soul open and to awaken the dormant parts of our essence.
