The Korean method for developing your ability to guess what others are thinking and feeling, for a harmonious life.

Nunchi enables you to understand the language of the implicit and to act effectively in situations of social interaction. Similar to empathy, but richer, this subtle perception consists in guessing the real inner dispositions of the other person (thoughts, emotions, feelings) and in grasping the stakes of the situation (hidden objectives, interests, external constraints, weight of norms) that are not directly expressed. The ability to recognise the unspoken aspects of communication and to use this information to positively influence the interpersonal relationship enables us to build an authentic relationship with others. In all social spheres, this mastery gives the opportunity to create and maintain peaceful and enriching relationships. It’s important to remember that nunchi is a psycho-social skill that can be acquired, and developing it enables us to live in harmony with the world around us.
