Naturopathy for men in their prime

The author couple recommends an abundance of natural remedies from homeopathic and plant remedies to aromatic oils and vitamins to cure typical male complaints. The book deals with men’s complaints and the physical and psychological changes that occur in a man’s life. The two authors have enjoyed previous success with their book “Women’s Times”; now the male equivalent has been added. It is not a philosophical work, but it deals with the hardships of being a man in his prime in an entertaining way. The book is full of recipes from naturopathy that are adapted to the topic in this phase of life
