Sylvie Lefranc

Sylvie Lefranc discovered Hatha Yoga at 25. Also in love with nature and passionate since adolescence about beauty and cosmetic products, she trained ten years ago in ayurvedic facial massages and in Dr Hauschka cosmetics. The teaching of Hatha Yoga on the one hand and the practice of facial treatments on the other naturally gave rise in Sylvie to the desire to offer a unified approach to these two disciplines. Thus was born the Face Yoga project. This discipline being very little known in France but well recognised and practiced in New York, Los Angeles and London under the name "FaceYoga", Sylvie trained with Danielle Collins, the international reference on Face Yoga. She is today a certified teacher of the Danielle Collins method. She now passionately teaches gentle and conscious techniques to women from age 30 to allow them to develop and keep radiant skin and a resplendent face.
