Recipes from the Aromatic Kitchen

An escape from everyday cooking and a first step into cooking with hydrosols. Let yourself be surprised and look forward to a new world of flavours: cooking with aromas.

Cooking with hydrosols is basically very simple. Hydrosols do not need to be diluted and can be used directly in the kitchen. They need no emulsifiers, yet they offer the whole spectrum of the world of aromas. The book gathers easy-to-follow recipes, all tested and tasted.

Claudia Arbeithuber compiled the plant profiles and formulations, Daniel Fuchs added valuable insider knowledge, Viktoria Stranzinger gave the recipes that special something, and Doris Gansinger is responsible for the scientific background.
