Ana Maria Lajustica Bergasa
Born in 1924 in Bilbao (Spain). Studied chemistry at Complutense University in Madrid. For more than forty years, she has been studying nutritional science based on biochemistry and molecular biology. She is considered an expert on nutrition in Spain, runs a practice in Barcelona and is a popular guest in the media. She is author of numerous renowned health books.
