This book is an instruction manual for happiness.

Many people feel that they are not living the life they want. They can’t really explain what makes them unhappy and so they don’t see a way to change anything. In many books, the injured inner child is often identified to be the cause of these problems. It does play a role – but the message of this book is: You are too old to blame your parents!

Petra and Ralf Dannemeyer take a different approach: They help readers to discover their core of being, and to find out who they really are. The authors identify seven emotional poisons that wrap themselves around this core of the being like a grey veil. And this veil makes it so difficult to see: Who am I really? The authors show ways to let the core of the being shine again and help readers to free themselves emotionally from limitations and conditioning.
