Touching Zen tales of renewal and hope

Besides being beautiful or funny, short stories of Zen Buddhism also provide courage, knowledge, or healing. They convey wisdom about life, ask for reflection and imitation, provide personal insights, and activate inner processes of change and transformation. They use humour to reveal profound teachings and often surprising insights into universal topics such as inner peace, gratitude, mindfulness, happiness, serenity, and selflove. Sandy Taikyu Kuhn Shimu has compiled more than 100 Zen stories each of which touch the heart and stimulate the mind.
