The light of the eyes

TAKE CARE OF YOUR EYES AND RENEW YOUR VIEW OF THE WORLD

In an increasingly connected society, we place excessive demands on our eyes. The overload of visual information tires them out and even damages them. Qi Gong, a treasure of Chinese culture, can however help prevent and/or alleviate eye problems: myopia, hyperopia, presbyopia, cataracts, glaucoma… This richly illustrated book proposes four innovative methods based on Chinese medicine to take care of your eyes, but also of your health in general.

In a deeper and more subtle way, Eye Qi Gong also invites you to embark on an inner journey. With your eyelids closed, you will discover your inner gaze and the possibility of connecting with your emotions and your spirit. The beauty of the images and the intensity of the experiences will make you live a more poetic and philosophical dimension of Qi, to finally open your eyes on the world.

“With a pedagogy that she masters marvellously, Ke Wen delivers through this text a true initiation to fundamental ideas of Chinese thought, combining simple definitions, etymologies and pictures or paintings that delight the soul through the eyes.
