This book describes safe, traditional medicinal plants that can be used on children, with a variety of recipes covering both administration routes and pharmaceutical forms (oral, gargle, poultice, balm, bath, etc.) and ingredients (fresh and dried plants, honeys, clay, vegetable oils, etc.). The author focuses in particular on synergies, i.e. blends of ingredients designed to increase their effectiveness and therefore reduce the treatment duration, while keeping them as simple as possible in order to limit the risk of errors and make them easier to use.

The first part describes around twenty plants in detail, with all their qualities, main methods of use, etc., and a reference to the recipes in which they are used.
The recipes are then presented by major ‘spheres’: immunity, respiratory, cutaneous and ocular, digestive and oral, neurocognitive, growth, puberty (girls).

The contents of this book have been fully reviewed and validated by two doctors, one of whom is a paediatrician.
