An adventure story takes children Lily and Tom from the big city to ancient Japan, where they meet a little samurai, overcome their fears through meditation techniques and gain courage.

Accidental time travel: twins Lily and Tom end up in ancient Japan thanks to a magical amulet. There they save the life of a little samurai named Toshiro. Together, the three uncover a nasty betrayal! He threatens the whole of Japan! But that’s not all: they have to survive an earthquake, a dangerous raft trip and a battle with a magical creature. Toshiro shows them secret tricks and Hara meditation to help them bravely overcome their adventures. Will the three of them manage to save Japan? And above all: how will the twins get back to their own time?

A fantastic adventure to read aloud or read yourself for children between the ages of 6 and 12.

The great thing is that all the exercises and meditation from the story are explained for children, parents and educators! So they can be tried out right away. The Hara meditation for more courage is also available as a free audio download.

While reading or being read to, children aged 6 to 12 will learn about the culture of ancient Japan and the way of life of the samurai. They will also be introduced to Hara meditation through various playful exercises designed to help them overcome fear, gain courage, relax, find peace and improve their concentration.
