How We Free Ourselves From (Ir)real And Fomented Anxiety

How to comprehend and to overcome anxiety

Whether fear of viruses, vaccination side effects, economic collapse or fear of fear – fear was already an important issue for many people before the pandemic. Recently it became socially dominant. Ultimately, behind every fear is the fear of death.

Infection, from both a naturopathic and a conventional medical point of view, is a battle or war between the immune system and pathogens. Behind the fear of death lies a primal theme that dominates us (western) humans – and that will continue to do so until we are ready to face that theme and resolve it.

Since we have only limited control over what happens around us, it is important to strengthen our inner self. Bestselling author Ruediger Dahlke shows how this can be done. His exciting, highly topical new book makes it clear: only when we are willing to fathom the roots of our anxiety will the strategies for overcoming it take effect. Then we will find ways out of the pitfall of fear and can lead a life in freedom and peace.

  • Deals with the highly topical subject of anxiety
  • Around 15 percent of the population suffer from an anxiety disorder requiring treatment at

least once in the course of their lives

  • Holistic solutions from one of the great holistic doctors of our time
