The Intune Holistic Energy Cards are colorful motivational cards with a piece of advice on which training type, chakra, and element you can focus on. The cards also give you a mantra to remind you of your personal and spiritual qualities. There are 32 cards in total, with eight cards for each of the four elements and training types:

  • Activator (Cardio, Element Fire)
  • Stabilizer (Strength, Element Earth)
  • Mobilizer (Flexibility, Element Air)
  • Harmonizer (Relaxation, Element Water)

To make the cards even more effective, I added the seven chakras into the mix. The chakra that is shown on the card promotes the positive effect of the mantra and your exercises.

The associated guide leads you through the four training types, the card suites of the four elements, and each card’s guidance.

The Intune Holistic Exercises Manual has 130 informative pages with images and instructions of 96 exercises. It also offers a range of sequences and routines to inspire your holistic workout. The training program Intune focuses on the body, energy, mind, and soul. It works with the four major training types, which are closely connected to the four fundamental systems of the body. It also includes chakra activation, which is, among other emphases, a strong focus of the workout program.

Theresia Eggers is a passionate sports person who developed the holistic exercise program Intune because of her love of sports and spirituality. Originally from Germany, she has spent over 15 years in Australia, the Middle East, and India, and now in the UK, experiencing Eastern and Western approaches to healthy living. Though Theresia had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) for many years, she managed to control the illness by taking the best from both the East and the West, creating a daily exercise routine that changed her life. Now she wants to share this practice with others and put together the Intune Exercise Manual. Theresia Eggers holds a degree in graphic design and is a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher.
