Vanessa Lépinard is a chef committed to sustainable food. She works at the Cité Fertile restaurant in Pantin for La Source FoodSchool, where she trains students. She also trains professional chefs, including those working for France’s leading hotel group (the Bertrand group). She is also an author and photographer, specialising in fermentation.
