Thierry Marx

Thierry Marx is a chef inspired by molecular cuisine. With 2 Michelin stars to his name and a Gault & Millau award in 2006, he is constantly innovating. He is the driving force behind Foodlab, a cooking lab on the borderline between gastronomy and science. He was also a juror on Top Chef on M6 from 2010 to 2014. With Alexandra Dalu, he co-wrote L’Assiette santé (13,000 copies sold).
