Stéphane Boistard
Stéphane Boistard is a gatherer, trainer and lecturer who specialises in gemmotherapy and a sensitive approach to the forest. For more than twenty years he has worked to combine traditional rural knowledge with modern science. He sees himself as an heir of the « plant men and women », with a special connection to the forest and to trees. He is the author of several books, including Textes de l’intérieur de la forêt. Buds for Health (Knospen für die Gesundheit) was published in German by Freya.
