Martin Halsey, holds a degree in biology from the University of Massachusetts, is an expert in Eastern medicine and macrobiotics, a lecturer and dietary consultant with more than 40 years of experience, and founder of La Sana Gola cooking school in Milan. He gives seminars on natural nutrition as a therapy and disease prevention tool. With Terra Nuova, he has also published the best-selling Kitchen that Heals.
