Lilly Lia Hoffmann
Lilly Hoffmann began her first yoga teacher training course in 2016 and turned her passion into a career: this was followed by many more yoga teacher training courses and further training programmes, voluntary work as a yoga teacher, and a permanent position at a yoga school. Today she works as a freelance yoga teacher and coach in Cologne. She has a degree in Applied Psychology and has personal experience of an eating disorder.
