Jessica von Braun

Jessica von Braun is a mixed media artist, traditional artist, digital painter, photo-manipulation/photo collage illustrator, and sketch artist. Most of her pieces include a combination of these techniques for a finished piece of artwork. Her artistic career as a professional artist spans nearly two decades. She is a mother, a wife, and an avid lover of all things pug-related. She has been drawing since she could pick up a pencil, and she has never stopped.
The journey of creating a piece, from ideation to completion, is a transformative experience for Jessica, as she uses her skills, intuition, and technology to craft a story that is both personal and universal. Jessica’s work as an artist is a spiritual journey, a journey of discovery, expression, and collaboration, combining traditional and digital techniques to convey a story that is both thought-provoking and aesthetically pleasing. She is passionate about exploring the potential of art in the digital age and expressing her creative vision through the interplay of technology and tradition.
Jessica has put her artistic stamp on these new pieces from beginning to end — through art direction and then digital painting and collage, based in the exploration of AI and the possibilities it brings to the realms of storytelling and co-creation. The pieces come full circle when the beautiful narrative of the author is added. These images are a result of the joyous and rewarding process of creation, embracing the unknown, and allowing the art to be guided by intuition and imagination.
