Geoffrey Janier-Dubry

Geoffrey Janier-Dubry, father of two, has been practising osteopathy since 2010. He grew up in Annecy, where he played a number of sports. Rollerblading, snowboarding and mountain biking in particular caused him to fall on his head many times, at a time when helmets were not as common as they are today. His body, bones and dura mater (the membrane that protects the brain and spinal cord) were subjected to a great deal of mechanical stress.
Sleep disorders appeared in his teens, and it was osteopathy that resolved them. What a relief! He was so soothed that he fell asleep at every session. He also had headaches, which subsided with each session. He felt the link between bodily tensions and the body’s ability to function properly.
It was on the strength of this experience that he began studying osteopathy over 15 years ago. Since then, he has found this peace in the bodies of the people who consult him.
When he supports someone, he can taste the sweet joy of life taking care of itself.
