Laurence Da Silva Décarie
She is a nutritionist. She works at the Centre de promotion de la santé du CHU Sainte-Justine and is a clinical nutritionist at the Clinique universitaire de nutrition of the Université de Montréal. She writes columns, gives lectures and leads culinary workshops.
