Alice Modolo
Alice Modolo was born in the foothills of the Auvergne volcanic mountains. Nothing predestined her to become the world-renowned free diver she is today. At 34, she is also a dental surgeon, a lecturer, and an underwater model, as well as the French and European constant weight freediving recordwoman and champion, and the world vice- champion. Her accomplishments, she says, are owed mainly to her mental strength, which she counts on entirely. She will also be remembered as the female star of Beyoncé’s breathtaking underwater video, Runnin’.
