How to manage training over a day, a week, a year, or a lifetime, while constantly remaining at the top of your game.

In Martial Arts and combat sports, the practitioner is subjected to a daily test of truth. There are only two outcomes: to master, or to be mastered. There is a corollary to this: either they are injured (or worse), or they are not. To stay balanced on the razor’s edge of a fighter’s life, they need a safe and efficient body, ready to react instantly at the right moment. It is this martial body that the conscious practitioner will forge through this book, divided into three axes:

  • Having a safe body to hone their potential;
  • Having an optimized body to get the most out of it;
  • Having a martial body to face all situations.

Richly illustrated with numerous photos and anatomical drawings, this book is a true reference manual with numerous coaching tips.
