Alexia Michiels

Of Belgian origin, Alexia Michiels is co-founder of the Resilience Institute Europe. After graduating with a degree in economics and consular sciences, she worked for ten years in the marketing and media sector. She then lived in China for five years where she trained and became a certified professional coach and yoga teacher. There she met Dr. Sven Hansen - founder of the Resilience Institute - and joined his team. Today, she accompanies people and organisations in many countries who, in a complex environment, wish to develop their resilience skills and thus be ready to meet the challenges of a changing world with joy and success.
