A simple, effective method for a zen 9 months of pregnancy!

Pregnancy is the ideal time to start practising tai chi. Gentle and relaxing, this ancient Chinese form of gymnastics is an effective way of keeping physically and mentally fit. Its round, supple movements are perfectly attuned to the needs of expectant mothers.

The energetic work of taichi enriches both mother and baby, who during the 9 months of gestation will strengthen their immune defences and enjoy more harmonious growth in the womb of a fulfilled mother.

By practising for a few minutes each day, tai chi chuan enables you to calmly accompany the changes in your body and develop an attitude of listening and natural communication with your baby.

Richly illustrated and easy to use, this practical guide for mothers-to-be makes the most of the ancestral benefits of Far Eastern wisdom.

A pictorial method, made up of exercises with commentary, to keep you fit and beautiful, calm and serene throughout your pregnancy, and to help you regain your womanly body as quickly as possible after the birth of your child.
