“Tsenek looks at me, stupefied. The lightning grazed me, and he knows it. The storm has passed, but the wind is still blowing across the steppe lit up by the sun’s return. Lightning has struck. Tsenek knows what that means. Designation. Healing. Responsibility. And sometimes a burden.”

The first part in the Shaman trilogy, The Quest is the story of a young Frenchman who has gone to become initiated into shamanism in Mongolia. A spiritual and romantic adventure strewn with trials, straddling two worlds… so that the flame might be rekindled and the fire shared.

Tigran

Ever since childhood, Tigran has been visited by extraordinary experiences. Lucid dreaming, spontaneous ecstasy, and clairaudience inhabited his young years from the beginning. Touched by the sacred arts as well as plant-teachers, he studied classical singing and ethnomusicology before publishing his first books and traveling around the world. After twenty years working as an editor in the field of nature and spiritualities, he is returning to the pleasures of writing with the Shaman trilogy.
