Putting an End to Our Inner Wars

By the creator of the Circles of Forgiveness

A powerful tool for deep transformation and learning to love oneself, by an author whose Circles of Forgiveness are known worldwide.

We spend an enormous amount of time judging ourselves and punishing ourselves for our mistakes, whether real or imagined. How can we flourish in this constant state of inner tension? How can we build harmonious relationships when the most important one – our relationship with ourselves – is so fraught and conflicted?

Inspired by his encounter with Don Miguel Ruiz, Olivier Clerc, creator of the Circles of Forgiveness, reveals the true nature of our inner judge and offers practical rituals to guide us toward restored inner unity, an essential key to a more peaceful, compassionate world.

After two previous books on forgiveness, Le Don du Pardon and Peut-on tout pardonner?, this new work explores the most important forgiveness of all: forgiving oneself.
