When Inya arrives at school, Lilo and his friends can hardly recognise her. She, who usually dresses « girly », with skirts, ballerines and pink colours, this morning has chosen a very different look: jeans, sneakers, a sweather and a cap. Everyone has a comment about her look and Inya eventually gets upset. Can’t she dress as she likes, without fostering all sorts of comments? Would there exist a dress code for boys and another for girls ?

Ghani agrees and tells her she should be always proud to be who she is. He suggests to practice some yoga poses in order to fell how a beautiful person she is. Quickly, Lilo and the other boys join in !

This yoga practice will help you to feel stronger and more confident, in order to make your own choices without caring of others’ pressure and to always stand up against unpleasant remarks.
