Strength, flexibility and the philosophy of yoga in everyday life.

A book that sheds new light on everyday work. Every activity makes sense if you approach it with the right attitude.
May the book bring the readers a lot of strength, flexibility and new insights; and may it make them aware that they are also carried by the love, wisdom and goodness of God in their everyday working life.
The book is also visually and haptically special: hardcover with open trimmed edges and rounded corners – it stands freely on the book block, and can also be opened very easily due to the thread stitching. So it’s something special for bibliophile readers.

Asanas, mudras, mantras, meditations and
Thoughts on yoga philosophy for everyday work.

-Well-being at work and the deeper meaning of being active are the themes of this book. The author shows how the energy level can be kept up during the day with specific physical exercises; and how, with the help of yoga philosophy, more energy, serenity and joy can be brought into everyday working life. Many small tips, tricks and exercises tempt you to try them out and can be practised briefly in between.
-The yoga philosophy runs through the book like a red thread. For the first time, the author goes into the deeper symbolism and meaning of the individual body postures – which are an essential part of yoga philosophy.
-While reading and researching the yogic scriptures and the biographies of great yogis that preceded this book, the author’s attitude towards work had also changed. Much of what used to be a chore for her, she now does with a new attitude – an attitude that is filled with verve and joy.
-Even those who know the author’s books will discover many new things in this one; be it in the bodywork or in the chapters on yoga philosophy and spirituality.

Work is the path to the goal!
