27 Shotokan Kata

Remembering the many movements that make up Katas is a challenge. Who hasn’t encountered two karate- kas wondering about the technique that follows a particular Kanku dai movement? Who isn’t sure when to deliver the Kiai? Who simply wants to know which are the official Katas of the Shotokan Karate? For these people, and everyone else, this cheat sheet is made for them. Available at any time in your gym bag, this book is more discreet than a smartphone and doesn’t require a network connection!

Featuring stroboscopic drawings like a slow-motion film, it allows you to analyze the different phases of each kata and find the correct way to practice. This book can’t replace a teacher, but it will definitely help you in your practice and allow you to fill in the blanks and memorize the sequences of the 27 Shotokan karate katas.
