All Katas shotokan and their variants

Kata constitute the foundation of Shotokan Karate, which is why it’s essential to know them by heart to advance through the ranks and progress in Karate practice.

In this new book, Jean-Pierre Fischer, a world-renowned expert, presents a comprehensive study of all 26 Katas of the Shotokan school. For greater clarity, he has added all existing variations for each Kata, whether from the JKA, SKI, JKS, or other recognized Shotokan-ryu schools.

A unique, modern, and full-color book that concerns all Karateka (from beginners to advanced practitioners), and more specifically those practicing the Shotokan method (80% of practitioners).
