Lilo is so happy to go to the summer camp, in a fantastic location, with a huge park and a splendid cacti’s garden. He is also a little worried, because he is afraid of not making new friends.

The monitor organises a drawing workshop and Lilo chooses a beautiful cactus as a subject, but he is shy of approaching, because another boy is already settled in front of the cactus with paper and pencils. Of course there would be space for both of them, but Lilo is not at ease and doesn’t know what to do.

Ghani knows that it is not always easy to go and meet other people and suggests practising a series of yoga poses specially designed to overcome one’s owns timidity. And it works! After the yoga, Lilo feels so confident that he invites Thelma to visit together the bee hives.

If you too like making new friends but feel too shy to make the first move and talk to them, try these yoga poses and you will see that, after a short moment of ice-breaking, everything will be all right.
