This book is the result of the collaboration of experienced audiologists who have accumulated many years of experience in pediatric audiology at CHU Sainte-Justine. During their careers, they have accompanied several families through the stages of diagnosing a child with deafness. In addition to their clinical work with children, they are involved in various teaching, clinical research, scientific presentation and consultation activities in the Quebec health network. In this book, they share their experience and knowledge to answer the questions of families who must tame a universe that is often unknown to them.
