The British Academy

The British Academy is the UK’s national academy for the humanities and social sciences, founded in 1902 and based in London. Its scholarly publishing programme includes the Proceedings of the British Academy (since 1905), the open-access Journal of the British Academy, edited critical texts, archaeological catalogues, and the Dictionary of Medieval Latin.
