Locus Solus Édition
Locus Solus was created in November 2012 in Finistère by Florent Patron ( editorial director ) and Sandrine Pondaven ( administrative & commercial director and head of production ).
The line is generalist and ambitious with nearly forty titles per year, including ten children’s books.
“Locus Solus” means “unique place” in Latin ( hence the symbol of a key on our books! ) And evokes a literary reference, the cult book of Raymond Roussel ( 1914 ), to the particular universe since it presents in particular unusual “augmented reality” situations that resonate today with new generation books.
Locus Solus thus clearly marks the personality, the originality of each author and of each book we cultivate.
