Philippo VADI
Philippo VADI, a fencing master from Pisa, was a close relative of the Monte- feltro family, whose Duke of Urbino, Guido de Montefeltro, was a major figure in the Italian Renaissance, to whom he dedicated his work. According to his writings, he learned from numerous fencing masters, both Italian and foreign. He is one of those fencers who immortalized their knowledge in timeless works
