Pauline Dubois-Platet

After ten years in advertising as an art director, Pauline Dubois turned to a career as a culinary stylist and author. Fascinated by cooking, tableware and decoration, she now stages the simplest and most sophisticated recipes, each series being the fruit of a very close collaboration with the photographer, a ‘four-handed writing process’. She also writes recipes for Larousse and Saveurs magazine, as well as for food brands such as Leclerc, Pink Lady, Weight Watchers, Princesse Amandine, Daucy and Bosh.
