Lukas Grossmann
Lukas Grossmann is a freelance chef, food stylist and recipe writer. His work focuses on the development and styling of modern, internationally inspired recipes, as well as on contemporary interpretations of traditional cuisines. His book Fat is Flavour (Fett schmeckt), published by AT Verlag in 2026 with photographs by Maria Grossmann, gathers around 90 recipes that use fat intentionally, as a source of flavour.
