Ljuba Fitze

Ljuba Fitze is a passionate cook and food influencer who came to Germany from Kazakhstan in 1993 and has been bringing her roots into the kitchen ever since. On her YouTube channel “Kalinkas Küche” she shares traditional Eastern European cooking and recipes from her childhood with over 200,000 subscribers. Ljuba delights with authentic, hearty dishes and shows how the flavours and dishes of her native Kazakhstan and Eastern Europe can be kept alive in the modern kitchen. Her first cookbook, Osteuropäische Küche, is a homage to the dishes she grew up with; Simply Preserving and Fermenting is her second book.
